You probably ask yourself why is the blog called "The Laughing Traveller"? Well, I as looking for a generic name for the blog, and over the years, the trait I'm most known for was my laughter, so I decided to call myself The Laughing Traveller!

So who am I?

Working a full time job in the hi tech industry and trying to squeeze one or two (short) trips every year. Turns out lately I have a special craving for islands 🙂 .

The purpose of this blog is to give some life to the pictures, share with people who for multiple reasons can't travel and inspire other people to start/continue traveling.

Over the years I've been in south east Asia, America (north, south and central) and a little bit of Europe and Africa. This is how it all looks on a map. Only in the last couple of trips I started writing down so that's what I plan to upload to the site.
